1. Definitions
[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] “Service” means US LLC formation, EIN procurement, and banking/Stripe onboarding assistance.
“Client” means a purchaser of LLC Register services.
2. Scope of Service
[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] We provide preparation and submission of state LLC filings, IRS EIN acquisition, banking and Stripe onboarding assistance, and registered agent services (where purchased).
Not included: legal or tax advice (unless explicitly stated), and guaranteed approval by third parties such as banks or Stripe.
3. Client Obligations
[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] You agree to provide accurate, complete documentation, respond to compliance requests promptly, and confirm your eligibility for the services.
4. Fees & Payments
[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for third-party service interruptions, your tax or legal compliance, or losses arising from payment-processor decisions.
