1. General Terms

2. Eligible Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within a few business days via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

[REVIEW WITH A LAWYER] Bank or Stripe denials based on your website or business model; government processing delays; inaccuracies in details or documents you provide; or change of mind after processing has begun.

Government filing fees, virtual address fees, and registered-agent fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 2.
