Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for LLC Register services.

1. General

Refunds are issued only for service failures directly attributable to LLC Register.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund of our service fee if:

  • We fail to obtain your EIN within the maximum timeframe stated for your order due to our error; or
  • Your LLC filing is rejected because of an incorrect submission made by us.

Approved refunds are processed within five business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • A bank or Stripe application declined because of your website, business model, or eligibility;
  • Delays caused by a government agency or processing backlog;
  • Errors or omissions in the details or documents you provided;
  • A change of mind after processing has begun.

Government filing fees, registered agent fees, and virtual address fees are non-refundable once incurred, except where Section 2 applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to our support address within fourteen days of the issue, including your order number, a description of the problem, and any supporting evidence. We will review and respond promptly.
